Luxury coastal house, pool, walk to shop & beach

Such an easy, family-friendly stay, quick walk to the beach and local kid friendly pub, and the pool was a big hit with Positive: The property was comfortable, well laid out, and a great base for our trip. The location worked really well for us, and it had a relaxed, homely feel. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the kids’ plates and bowls, which made things so much easier, and the espresso machine was a great bonus! Negative: Nothing worth noting, we had a really lovely stay.

Was a fantastic way to celebrate my 60th Positive: Swell was just the right place to accommodate my family , enough space for everyone . The pool was used everyday by all of us. The fully stocked kitchen was fantastic and had enough plates , cutlery and pots . The espresso machine filled with coffee beans was a hit. Negative: It was perfect,

Positive: Location, pool and open living area Negative: Overpriced, needed blinds to keep heat out on really warm days and to be able to watch tv in living area.

Coastal Holiday Bliss! Positive: “Swell” is a beautifully curated house in a perfect location. Four bedrooms that are all generously sized (and the upper bedrooms have both fans and aircon), two living spaces - one of which feels like a mini cinema!, and a kitchen through to outdoor space perfect for dinner, brunches and outdoor drinks. A lovely deep pool that even has coloured lights for nighttime to add to the evening cocktail mood. A short walk to Birubi beach and the centre of Anna Bay itself. We came for the camel rides and dining at Rick Steins, …. but could honestly have stayed at the house all day. Very easy to do with our host providing a food and wine hamper as a welcome gift. Looking forward to returning.

Positive: We were greeted with a welcome hamper of snacks from cheese, to fruits and a bottle of wine. The accomodation was clean, modern yet still felt like a beach home and the natural sunlight was lovely to wake up to. Amazing property and great host.
